摘要
近年来,随着机场客流持续增长,航班延误日益严重。同时,在机场管理中飞机降落安全非常重要。对跑道资源而言,低摩擦度可能会造成打滑让飞机滑出跑道。因此,周期性维护跑道质量是极度重要的。文中研究机场航班在带有周期性维护的跑道上降落顺序优化问题。针对单跑道调度问题展开研究,以最小化延误飞机的数量为优化目标,提出了混合整数规划模型。继而,使用商用软件CPLEX对问题算例进行精确求解。以考虑跑道维护为研究特色,文中通过数学规划理论建模研究,合理安排航班在跑道上的降落顺序,为机场资源优化研究提供参考。
In recent years,with the airport passenger traffic rapid growth,more and more flights delay. Meanwhile,in the management of the aircraft landing at the airport,security is very important. On the runway,low degree of friction can cause the airplane skips off the runway. Therefore,periodic runway maintenance is extremely important. This paper studies sequencing problem of aircrafts on the runway with periodic maintenance. For single runway,to minimize the total number of delayed flights,we present a mixed integer linear programming model. Then,we apply CPLEX to solve the example problem exactly. Considering runway maintenance,we use mathematical programming method to determine an optimal sequence for flight landing.
