Logistics management has become a key factor in the development of enterprises,even more for logistics companies. The main processes should be given more resources. The current difficulties faced by logistics companies in the text,presented to identify shortcomings through DEA method and model simulation method,providing the solutions. In this way,we can improve the quality and efficiency of the logistics enterprises operation.
