基于Flexsim仿真软件的逆向物流管理应用研究

Application of Reverse Logistic Management Based on Flexsim Simulation Software

科学技术的发展深刻影响着物流管理技术的变革,因此文中以Flexsim物流仿真软件为工具,研究逆向物流流程优化问题,以五山镀锌有限公司车间逆向物流为例,对该公司车间逆向物流流程进行了仿真优化,根据Flexsim仿真模型运行的结果,提出了改进措施,最后通过仿真运行对比分析了改进措施的效率,验证了Flexsim物流仿真软件在逆向物流管理中的可行性。

The development of science and technology change profoundly affects the logistics management technology. In this paper Flexsim simulation software is applied to optimize the procedure of workshop reverse logistics system. With workshop reverse logistics system of five mountain galvanized co.,LTD.,for example,model of workshop reverse logistics is set up,the procedure of workshop reverse logistics is optimized and improvement approach is proposed based on the simulation result of the model. Finally,efficiency of improvement measures is compared according to the simulation result of the model and feasibility of applying flexsim simulation software to reverse logistics isvalidated.
