FMEA是海洋工程风险评估和风险管理的一种有效方法。它为海洋平台系统安全的风险管理决策提供了依据。随着人们对安全、环境以及社会影响的要求越来越高,FMEA分析将在海洋工程、港口建设、石油化工等存在高风险的所有行业广泛地应用。
FMEA analysis is one effective measures in offshore engineering risk evaluation and risk management. It is the basis of decision- making recommendations for completed offshore risk management. As the demand of safety,environmental requirement and social policy is increased,FMEA analysis will be extensively applicable for higher risk management of industries such as offshore engineering,harbor construction,petrochemical industry and so on.
