山西省中等煤炭职业学校的可持续发展探究

Exploration on the Sustainable Development of Secondary Vocational Schools of Coal Industry in Shanxi Province

山西省在"十一五"之后进行了煤炭资源整合,煤炭企业之间的兼并重组使得煤矿规模缩减,同时山西中等煤炭职业学校在教育培训方面也提出了新的教育理念,以科学教育为主,注重中等煤炭职业学校的可持续发展。"多米诺骨牌"效应在山西煤炭行业中的体现,说明了山西煤炭行业改革的必要性,文中将在山西省中等煤炭职业学校发展的SWOT分析的基础上探寻其可持续发展的重要措施。

Shanxi Province integrated its coal resources after the implementation of the 11 th Five- year Plan. Through merging and reorganizations among coal enterprises,coal mines have been downsized. Meanwhile,secondary vocational schools of coal industry in Shanxi have put forward new educational ideas on education and training that,with the focus on scientific education,great importance shall be attached to the sustainable development of secondary vocational schools of coal industry. A domino effect has shown itself in coal industry of Shanxi Province,which indicates the need for a reform in the industry. Based on SWOT analysis on the development of secondary vocational schools of coal industry in Shanxi province,this paper is intended to explore important measures for the schools to achieve a sustainable development.
