摘要
近年来,随着国内中高职一体化教育人才培养模式的不断发展,土建专业中职院校衔接教育存在着思想观念陈旧、合作层次深度和广度不高等问题,文中从职业素养、职业道德、专业教学三个方面进行探讨,探索其有效衔接措施。
