益气活血中药对放射性肝损伤家兔血清转化生长因子-β_1和内皮素-1的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation of Traditional Chinese Drugs on Serum TGF-β_1 and ET-1 Levels of Rabbits with Radiation-induced Liver Injury

摘要 目的探讨益气活血中药对放射性肝损伤家兔血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)及血清内皮素-1(ET-1)的影响。方法将20只成年家兔随机分为实验组和对照组,每组10只,均给予50 Gy X线照射肝脏,受照体积为自体肝脏的50%。实验组给予自制益气活血中药灌胃,对照组给予生理盐水灌胃。观察X线照射前及照射后1、2、3、4周血清TGF-β1、ET-1,X线照射4周后处死家兔观察受照肝脏组织病理变化。结果两组X线照射后1周ET-1和照射后2、3、4周TGF-β1、ET-1均高于照射前,实验组X线照射后2周TGF-β1和照射后3、4周TGF-β1、ET-1均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。实验组肝脏病理变化程度较对照组轻。结论益气活血中药能够改善肝脏微循环,减缓肝纤维化的进程,减轻放射性肝损伤。 Objective To investigate the effects of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation of traditional Chinese drugs on serum transforming growth factor β1( TGF-β1) and endothelin-1( ET-1) levels of rabbits with radiation-induced liver injury. Methods A total of 20 adult rabbits were randomly divided into the experimental group( n =10) and the control group( n = 10). All the livers of rabbits were irradiated with 50 Gy X-ray,and illuminated volume was 50% autologous liver. The experimental group was lavaged with homemade supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation of traditional Chinese drugs,while the control group was lavaged with physiological saline. The changes of serum TGF-β1and ET-1 levels were observed before and after the X-ray exposure for 1,2,3 and 4 weeks,and the pathological changes of the liver tissues were also observed after all the rabbits were sacrificed on the 4thweek after the X-ray exposure. Results The ET-1 levels after the X-ray exposure for 1 week and TGF-β1and ET-1 levels after the X-ray exposure for 2,3 and 4 weeks in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the X-ray exposure,and TGF-β1level 2ndafter the X-ray exposure and TGF-β,and ET-1 levels after the X-ray exposure for 3 and 4 weeks in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P 0. 05,P 0. 01). Pathological changes of the liver tissues in the experimental group were smaller than those in the control group. Conclusion Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation of traditional Chinese drugs may improve the hepatic microcirculation,slow the process of hepatic fibrosis and reduce the radiation-induced liver injury.
