128层螺旋CT多平面重建在卵巢及输卵管囊实性病变中的应用 被引量:3

128 layers spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction in the application of the ovary and oviduct cystic-solid lesions

摘要 目的探讨128层螺旋CT容积扫描结合多平面重建(MPR)在卵巢和输卵管囊实性病变诊断中的临床应用价值。方法 39例经手术和病理证实的卵巢和输卵管囊实性病变行螺旋CT容积扫描,结合MPR征象进行对比分析,观察病灶大小、囊液密度、囊壁厚度、囊壁强化程度、有无结节、有无分隔、有无钙化及有无腹腔积液。结果 39例卵巢和输卵管囊实性病变,良性22例,恶性17例。良性病变大多为圆形或类圆形,边缘境界多较清楚,囊壁多较均匀;而恶性病变大多体积较大,内分隔厚度大于3 mm,可累及周围组织、脏器,常有腹腔积液及腹膜扩散、种植。结论螺旋CT容积扫描结合MPR能克服扫描方式的限制,获得直观、清晰的图像,准确地显示病变本身及周围组织、器官的情况,明确病变累及的范围,对病变的定位、定性诊断具有一定价值。 Objective To explore the 128 layer spiral CT volume scanning combined with multiplanar recon- struction (MPR) in the diagnosis of ovary and oviduct cyst solid lesions in clinical application value. Methods Thir- ty-nine cases confirmed by surgery and pathology of ovarian and tubal sac solid lesions line spiral CT volumetric scanning, combined with MPR signs were analyzed, to observe the lesion size, fluid density, degree of capsule wall thickness, wall reinforcement, presence of nodules, with and without separation, presence of calcification, and pres- ence of ascites. Results In 39 cases of ovary and oviduct sac lesions, 22 cases were benign, 17 were malignant. Be- nign lesions mostly round or class round, the edge state much more clearer, bursa wall more than a uniform, but most malignant lesion volume was bigger, the space was greater than 3 mm thickness, involving the surrounding tissues, or- gans, often of ascites and peritoneal diffusion, planting. Conclusion Spiral CT volume scanning combined witb MPR can overcome the limitations of the scanning, intuitive, clear images, accurate according to the disease itself and the surrounding tissues, organs, to determine the range of lesions involving, localization and qualitative diagnosis of lesions has a certain value.
