肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的多层螺旋CT诊断及鉴别诊断

MSCT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma

目的探讨肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)特征性表现,以提高对肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的认识和鉴别诊断。方法收集19例手术及病理确诊为肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤患者的临床及影像学资料,结合文献进行回顾性分析,研究肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的MSCT特征性表现。结果 19例均表现为等、低密度的混杂密度肿块或以脂肪密度为主、其间散在分布少量条带状、云絮状等密度病变的肿块,所有病例内均测得脂肪密度,增强扫描脂肪无明显强化,1例可见钙化。结论肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的MSCT表现具有特征性,一般可在术前作出正确诊断。

Objective To study the CT features of adrenal myelolipoma （AML）, in order to improve the under- standing of adrenal myelolipoma and differential diagnosis. Methods Collect 19 cases patients with surgical and pathological diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma of the clinical and imaging data, combined with the literature were ana- lyzed retrospectively, study of adrenal myelolipoma MSCT features. Results Nineteen cases were shown as such or low density lump or mixed density was given priority to with fat density, scattered in a small amount of strip and cloudy pieces density lesions of mass, all cases were measured in fat density, enhanced scanning fat no obvious rein- forcement, 1 case of calcification. Conclusion The CT manifestations of adrenal myelolipoma were characteristic fea- tures and the diagnosis can be reached before operation.
