基于AHP-模糊综合评价法的绿色建筑投资决策风险研究

Research of Risk of Green Building Investment Decision-making Based on AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

影响绿色建筑投资决策风险因素众多,为了对项目投资决策风险做出准确评价,针对投资决策风险因素普遍具有的不确定性与模糊性等特征,从投资、政策、管理、设计、技术、成本6个方面构造了绿色建筑投资决策风险评价指标体系.运用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法,构造了AHP-模糊综合评价模型.由计算结果验证了AHP-模糊综合评价法的实用性和有效性,表明该模型能够准确判断绿色建筑投资决策的风险等级.

Green building investment decision is affected by numerous risk factors. In order to make an accurate risk evaluation for project investment,aiming at uncertainty and ambiguity of the risk investment decision,we set up green building investment risk evaluation index system from aspects of investment,policy,management,design,technology and cost. By using the analytic hierarchy process（ AHP） and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,we construct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of AHP. The results verify the practicability and validity of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,showing that this model can accurately judge the risk level of investment decision of green buildings.
