摘要
本文根据活性炭在吸附制冷系统中所处的环境特点,制备了多个试样,通过实验的方式表征了这些试样的pH值、吸附量及失重率等参数,并获得了吸附等温曲线和热重/微商热重(TG/DTG)曲线。通过数据对比可知,被大气粉尘或铜离子Cu2+污染及高浓度酸碱的浸泡会降低活性炭-甲醇的吸附性能,低浓度酸碱浸泡会提高活性炭-甲醇的吸附性能,蒸馏水对活性炭-甲醇的吸附性能无影响。此外,经大气污染和酸碱浸泡后的活性炭热稳定性下降。
According to the environmental characteristics of the activated carbon in adsorption refrigeration system, some samples are prepared, and their characteristics, such as the pH, adsorption capacity and weight loss-rate are tested by experiments. The isotherm adsorption curves and TG-DTG (Thermal Gravity Differential thermal gravity) curves are obtained as well. The comparison of those data shows that, the adsorption performance of activated carbon-methanol will decrease after the samples are polluted by atmospheric dusts or copper ions, as well as immersed in the high concentration acid or alkali solution; while the adsorption performance of activated carbon-methanol will increase after the samples are soaked in low concentration acid or alkali solution; distilled water has no effect on the adsorption performance of activated carbon-methanol. In addition, the thermal stability of the activated carbon with atmospheric pollution and soak in acid or alkali solution will be declined.
