摘要
为满足高温超导设备的冷却需求,本文对40W/30K大冷量单级G-M制冷机进行了理论计算、结构设计和制冷性能测试。测试结果表明,在采用磷青铜网和铅球组成的复合蓄冷材料时,研制的制冷机样机可以获得19.2K的最低制冷温度,在30K时能提供38.8W的制冷量,基本符合了设计目标要求。
In order to satisfy the cooling demand of high temperature superconducting devices, the theoretical calculation, structure design and refrigeration performance test in 40 W/30 K single stage G-M cryocooler with large refrigerating capacity have been carried on in this paper. By using the composite regenerative material consist of phosphor bronze mesh and lead ball, the test result indicated that the prototype of G-M cryocooler can obtain a lowest refrigeration temperature of 19.2 K and offer a refrigerating capacity of 38.8 W in 30K, and it has been basically accorded with the design goal.
