基于心音的心功能监测方法及装置

摘要 心音是心脏血流动力与心脏相互作用而产生的一系列机械振动。从心音的产生机制上看,心音特征与心脏血流动力之间存在对应关系。心音特征有可能实时反映某些心功能的变化。本文总结前人的研究成果,定义了5个心音特征指标,在硬件平台上对志愿者高负荷运动后的心音进行实时监测。结论表明心音特征指标能实时反映志愿者的心功能变化。 Heart sounds are series of acoustic vibrations generated by the interaction between heart and heart dynamics. From the viewpoint of mechanism of heart sound generation, there must be relations between heart sound features and heart dynamics. This makes it possible to monitor the variations of cardiac functions by heart sound features. This paper presents five heart sound features that are summarized from previous studies. The algorithms to extract the features are implemented in a hardware platform to monitor heart sound in real-time from subjects. The results show that the features can relfect the variations of cardiac function.
