Analysis of the Correlation between Two Blood Cell Analyzers

目的通过比较MEK7222及Sysmex XT-1800i全自动五分类血细胞分析仪的检测结果,观察两台仪器的相关性和一致性。方法统计当月质控结果数据,分析在控情况,保证两台仪器性能处于最佳状态;选取61例患者,每例患者取两份血液样本,分别通过MEK7222和XT-1800i分析仪进行检测,观察两台仪器对白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HBG)、红细胞比积(HCT)、血小板计数(PLT)的检测结果在统计学意义上的相关性。结果两台仪器所测5项指标的结果在统计学上无明显差异(P>0.05),WBC、RBC、HBG、HCT及PLT的相关系数分别为0.99、0.98、0.99、0.99、0.97,表明两组结果相关性良好。结论 MEK7222和XT-1800i分析仪检测结果有较高的一致性和相关性,适合在同一实验室应用。

Objective Through comparisons between test results of two fully-automatic ifve classiifcation blood cell analyzers to observe their correlation and consistency.Methods Statistical data of the quality control results during the month were analyzed to ensure the performance of two instruments was in the best state. And then 61 patients were randomly selected. Two blood samples were taken from each patient and tested by MEK7222 and XT–1800i Analyzer to observe the statistically signiifcant correlation of ifve indicators, including white blood cell count （WBC）, red blood cell count （RBC）, hemoglobin （HBG）, red blood cells than product （HCT） and platelet count （PLT）.Results There were no signiifcant differences in the 5 indicators between two instruments （P〉0.05）. The correlation coefifcients of WBC, RBC, HBG, WBC, HCT and PLT were 0.99, 0.98, 0.99, 0.99 and 0.97, respectively, which showed the existence of correlation between the two groups.Conclusion According to the test results, MEK7222 and XT–1800i Analyzer showed high consistency and correlation, which were suitable for application in the same laboratory.
