An Analysis of Commanding Abilities of Fire Officers at the Grass levels

从近年全国消防部队发生的几起官兵伤亡战例入手,分析了基层消防指挥员在指挥能力上存在的主要问题,梳理剖析了造成基层指挥员指挥能力欠缺的原因,并从加强学习训练、强化素质培养两个方面入手,就如何提升基层指挥员的指挥能力作了详细论述。

This paper analyses grass- level fire officers＇ deficiencies regarding commanding of fire fighting and rescue based on a few cases of firefighters casualties in recent years,and summarizes causes behind these deficiencies.Some solutions are offered,including strengthening personal learning and training,and reinforcing personal qualities training of fire department captains.
