摘要
建设工程消防备案制度在消防行政许可改革过程中发挥了积极作用,但备案制度在具体实施过程中,也存在一些问题。结合自身工作经历,分析了建设工程消防备案制度的现实意义及在具体实施过程中存在的问题,提出了解决建设工程消防备案问题的对策和建议。
A construction fire filing system has played an active role in the administration reform process. Combining with the author＇s own work experience,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the process of the implementation of a fire filing system,and offers some suggestions to solve the problems with a construction fire filing system.
