摘要 依据统计资料,基于P-S-R框架建立生态安全评价指标体系,运用突变级数法,以湘西自治州为例,计算出各县市区的土地生态安全状况.结果表明:位于生态环境脆弱区的湘西州土地生态安全总体水平不容乐观,全州缺乏处于较安全和安全状态的县市,大部分县市均处于较不安全或临界安全状态.其中,吉首市和凤凰县处于较不安全状态;泸溪县、花垣县、保靖县、古丈县、永顺县、龙山县处于临界安全状态.最后通过分析其土地生态安全存在的问题提出相应的建议,以期对湘西州乃至湖南省生态环境脆弱区土地资源的可持续利用提供一定的参考价值.图3,表4,参25. On the basis of statistical data and P-S-R framework to establish the ecological security evaluation index system,this paper has calculated the land ecological security conditions in various counties by using mutation progression method. The results are as follows: Most regions of Xiangxi,which is located in the area with fragile ecological environment,are in the state of unsafety and less safety; Jishou and Fenghuang are in unsafe condition; Luxi,Huayuan,Baojing,Guzhang,Yongshun and Longshan are in the state of unsafety. According to the analysis of problems about land ecological security,the authors have offering some corresponding suggestion with purpose of realizing the sustainable use of land resources in the fragile ecological environment areas. 3figs.,4tabs.,25 refs.
