某部雷达官兵红细胞及相关参数的调查分析

摘要 目的:了解雷达官兵红细胞及相关参数的变化特点。方法:采集每名受检者的静脉血2ml,采用Sysmex XT-4000i血细胞仪检测红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、平均血红蛋白量(MCH)平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、网织红细胞比率(RET)、未成熟网织红细胞比率(IRF)、低荧光网织红细胞比率(LFR)、中荧光网织红细胞比率(MFR)、高荧光网织红细胞比率(HFR)。结果:143例雷达官兵RBC、HGB检测均值分别为(5.52±0.35)×1012/L、(158.37±9.98)g/L,检测值范围分别为(4.45~6.28)×1012/L、(135.00~191.00)g/L,异常检出率分别为61.5%、81.1%。MCV、MCH、MCHC和RDW均值分别为(87.69±3.64)fL、(30.37±1.50)pg、(346.32±9.07)g/L和(40.01±1.92)fL,检测值范围分别为(65.60~97.20)fL、(21.70~34.00)pg、(325.00~378.00)g/L和(36.00~46.00)fL,异常检出率分别为4.2%、1.4%、16.8%和4.9%。RET和IRF、LFR、MFR、HFR均值分别为(1.25±0.35)%、(5.19±2.66)%、(94.81±2.66)%、(4.79±2.33)%和(0.40±0.46)%,检测值范围分别为(0.60~2.35)、(0.50~18.20)%、(81.80~99.50)%、(0.50~14.80)%、(0~3.40)%,异常检出率分别8.4%和4.9%、4.2%和7.0%。结论:61.5%和81.1%官兵的RBC及HGB高于正常参考值上限,少数受检官兵的红细胞呈高色素或小细胞,骨髓红细胞系造血功能有所改变,但红细胞合成HGB的能力正常。 Objective:To explore the variation of platelet and correlative parameters in peripheral blood of radar soldiers.Method:Each subject was collected 2ml venous blood and then each sample was detected by Sysmex XT-4000 iblood cell analyzer for red blood cells,hemoglobin,mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),mean corpuscular hemoglobinconcentration(MCHC),erythrocyte hemoglobin distribution width(RDW),rate of reticulocyte(RET),rate of ped-reticulocyte(IRF),rate of hypofluorescence reticulocyte(LFR),rate of middle fluorescence reticulocyte(MFR)and rate of hyperfluorescence reticulocyte(HFR).Result:The red blood cell count and hemoglobin for 143 radar soldiers were(5.52±0.35)×1012/L and(158.37±9.98)g/L,the range of detection value were(4.45 to 6.28)×1012/L and(135.00 to 191.00)g/L,the abnormal detection rate were respectively 61.5% and 81.1%.The mean value of MCV,MCH,MCHC and RDW were(87.69±3.64)fL,(30.37±1.50)pg,(346.32±9.07)g/L and(40.01±1.92)fL,the range of detection value were(65.60 to 97.20)fL,(21.70 to 34.00)pg,(325.00 to 378.00)g/L and(36.00 to 46.00)fL,the abnormal detection rate were respectively 16.8%,4.2%,1.4%,16.8% and 4.9%.The mean value of RET,IRF,LFR,MFR and HFR were(1.25±0.35)%,(5.19±2.66)%,(94.81±2.66)%,(4.79±2.33)% and(0.40±0.46)%,the range of detection value were(0.60 to 2.35)%,(0.50 to 18.20)%,(81.80 to 99.50)%,(0.50to14.80)% and(0to 3.40)%,the abnor detection rate were respectively 8.4%,4.9%,4.2% and 7.0%.Conclusion:The 61.5% soldiers' red blood cell counts and 81.1% soldiers' hemoglobin were above the normal value,some soldiers were high pigment or small cells.Maybe there was a change in the hematopoietic function of bone marrow,but the ability of red cell hemoglobin synthesis was normal.
