中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎的疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Pediatric Pneumonia

目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法收治小儿肺炎患者78例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组采用常规治疗联合麻杏石甘汤进行治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率92.3%,对照组总有效率74.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎效果明显,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia. Methods 78 patients with infantile pneumonia were randomly divided into two group. The control group received the conventional treatment and the observation group was treated with conventional treatment combined Maxingshigan soup,comparing the treatment effect. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 74.4%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia was effective, worthy of clinical promotion.
