摘要
在白云鄂博铁精矿中添加CeO2制成压团试样,对其进行预热及焙烧,利用SEM-EDS和矿相分析相结合的方法,研究了CeO2含量对白云鄂博铁矿压团抗压强度的影响.结果表明,在975℃预热压团中形成的Ce-FeO固溶体,使Fe2O3晶粒间的连接增强,预热压团强度随之增大;在1250℃焙烧压团中Ce-Fe-O固溶体发生了脱溶和分解,析出的高熔点氧化物CeO2存在于Fe2O3晶粒间,阻碍了Fe2O3晶粒之间的连晶生长,使焙烧压团的强度随CeO2含量增多而降低.
Pellet samples prepared by adding CeO2 into Baiyunebo iron ore concentrates were treated by preheating and roasting. The influence of CeO2 content on the compressive strength of samples was analyzed by scanning electron microscope( SEM) and metallographic microscope. The results show that Ce-Fe-O solid solution was formed in preheated samples at 975℃,which promoted the connection between Fe2O3 grains and enhanced the compressive strength of the preheated pellets. The Ce-Fe-O solid solution decomposed at 1250℃,and the high-melting-pointed CeO2 existed between Fe2O3 grains. CeO2 inhibited the growth of crystal shocks between Fe2O3 grains. As a result,the compressive strength of roasted pellets decreased with increasing the CeO2 contents.
