摘要
采用室内周期浸润腐蚀试验模拟海洋大气环境下低碳高强度钢的腐蚀,研究了22Si Mn2Ti B钢的海洋大气腐蚀行为及规律.通过数码相机和SEM观察了试样除锈前后表面形貌,采用XRD分析了腐蚀产物的成分,采用极化曲线法和失重法分析了电化学行为和腐蚀动力学规律.结果表明,22Si Mn2Ti B钢在海洋大气环境中的腐蚀为均匀腐蚀,腐蚀速率先增大后减小.随着腐蚀时间的延长,实验钢的自腐蚀电位提高,极化电流密度降低,锈层对基体起到了保护作用.
The experiment of cycle wet-dry immersion was used to simulate the corrosion behavior of low carbon high strength steel in marine atmospheric environment,and the corrosion processes of 22 Si Mn2Ti B steel were researched. The surface morphology of the samples with and without rust were observed by digital camera and SEM. The composition of corrosion products,electrochemical behavior and corrosion kinetics were analysed by XRD,polarization curve method and weightlessness method. The results show that,the corrosion of 22 Si Mn2Ti B steel in marine atmospheric environment was uniform and the corrosion rate first increased and then decreased. The corrosion potential was enhanced and the corrosion current density was reduced with the extension of corrosion time due to the protective effect of rust layer.
