120t转炉扩容优化设计后连接装置的分析与计算

摘要 包钢万腾120 t转炉是根据包钢原有100 t转炉进行优化设计后重新设计而成的,对炉体部分进行了优化设计改造,托圈及连接装置仍然采用100 t转炉托圈的设计形式.由于炉体尺寸发生了变化,故相应空炉炉体重心、增加炉液后的整体重心及倾翻力矩都产生了变化,如何保证新设计的炉体运行安全可靠,这就需要对扩容后的炉体与托圈的连接装置进行计算,并利用有限元方法分析校核托圈与转炉连接装置,以便能够保证设备安全运行. The design of Wanteng 120 t converter of Baotou Iron and Steel( Group) Co. is based on the optimization of the original 100 t converter. Some changes were made on the furnace body and the design of trunnion ring and connecting devices is the same as that of100 t converter. Since the change of furnace size,the center of gravity of the respective empty furnace,the overall center of gravity of the furnace with increased liquid steel and its overturning moment were also changed. The safe and reliable operation of the newly designed furnace requires calculation related to the connecting devices that connect the furnace body and the trunnion ring,and the finite element analysis method was used to analyze and double-check the connecting device between the trunnion ring and the converter to ensure safe operation of the equipment.
