舒适护理对面部激素依赖性皮炎患者生活质量的影响

The effect of comfortable care on the quality of life in the patients with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis

目的:探讨舒适护理对面部激素依赖性皮炎患者生活质量的影响。方法:将94例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各47例。两组给予相同的药物治疗,观察组给予舒适护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组患者不同护理方式后的生活质量评分。结果:舒适护理后观察组患者生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可明显改善面部激素依赖性皮炎患者生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the effects of comfortable care on the quality of life in the patients with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.Methods：94patients were randomly divided into 2groups,with 47 cases in each group.All patients received the same treatment,but the experimental group was given comfortable care,and the control group was normal care.The scores of quality of life were compared between the two groups after different care.Results：The scores of the quality of life of the experimental group were significant higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comfortable care could improve the quality of life in patients with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.
