摘要
合成了高灵敏显色剂二安替比林基-(二甲氨基)苯基甲烷(DADM)。在中性条件中,吐温-60存在下,水浴加热20min之后,二安替比林基-(对二甲氨基)苯基甲烷与铀(Ⅳ)反应生成紫红色络合物,λmax=555nm,ε=54206×105L/(mol/cm)。铀(Ⅳ)的含量在0~070μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律。方法可靠快速,可用于含铀样品的测定。
Highly sensitive chromogenic reagent diantipyryl - ( p - dimethylamino) - phenylmethane (DADM) was synthesized. Under neutral condition, in the presence of Tween - 60, 20 min in water bath, DADM reacted with uranium (IV) giving out purple complex with hmax =555 nm ,8 =5. 4206 × 105 L/(mol/ cm). When the amount of Uranium (Ⅳ) is within 0 ~0. 70 μg./mL range, Bouguer - Lambert - Beer law is obeyed. This method is reliable and rapid for the determination of the uranium - containing samples.
