摘要
采用辉光放电质谱法对高纯锡中的Mg、Al、Ca、Fe等20个痕量杂质元素进行测定。对仪器的工作参数进行了优化,并对杂质浓度与预溅射时间的关系,测量的准确性和重现性进行了讨论。
20 trace elements Mg, Al, Ca, Fe etc in high purity tin were determined by glowing discharge mass spectrometry. Instrument operating parameters were optimized, and the relationship among the impurity con- eentration of the pre - sputtering time, measurement acuraey and reproducibility are discussed.
