摘要 研究了一种既省时省力,又节约成本的高效益的秸秆沼气发酵技术,探讨了3种接种物浓度、4种物料配比以及5种发酵原料对发酵效果的影响。结果表明:接种物的最适含水量为85%;秸秆与接种物的最佳质量比例是1∶30;5种发酵原料中玉米秸秆发酵效果最好;粉碎秸秆在发酵前无需堆沤、调节碳氮比等处理,直接与接种物混合均匀即可快速发酵。 This paper aims to study both a time-saving and cost-effective straw biogas technology, the main research focus on effect of three kinds of inoculum concentration, four kinds of material ratio and five kinds of fermentation material on the fermentation. The results showed that the optimum moisture content of inoculum was 85%; the best quality straw and inoculum ratio was 1 ∶30; Among 5kinds of fermentation feedstock corn stover fermentation was the best; Crushed straw directly mixed with the inoculums can evenly rapid fermentation without retting, carbon and nitrogen ratio adjustment process before fermentation.
