冷冻保护剂种类和胚胎发育阶段对绵羊冷冻胚胎移植受胎率的影响

Effects of Cryoprotectents Kinds and Embryonic Development Stages on Pregnancy Rates of Frozen Sheep Embryos

对冷冻保护剂种类和胚胎发育阶段对绵羊冷冻胚胎受胎率的影响进行了研究。结果表明:分别以乙二醇、甘油为冷冻保护剂冷冻保存绵羊囊胚,解冻后移植受胎率差异不显著,表明冷冻保护剂种类对绵羊冷冻胚胎移植受胎率未有明显影响;以乙二醇为冷冻保护剂,冷冻绵羊不同发育阶段的胚胎,囊胚、扩张囊胚解冻后移植受胎率均明显高于桑椹胚的,囊胚和扩张囊胚之间差异不显著,表明胚胎发育阶段对绵羊冷冻胚胎移植受胎率有显著影响。

The effects of cryoprotectents kinds and embryonic development stages on pregnancy rates of frozen sheep embryos were deermined. The results showed that when ethylene glycol and glycerol was used as cryoprotectents separately, no significant difference was found in pregnancy rates of frozen sheep blastocysts, so cryoprotectents kinds had no effects on pregnancy rates. When ethylene glycol was used as cryoprotectents, the pregnancy rates of frozen sheep blastocysts and expanded blastocysts were significantly higher than that of morulas, but no significant difference was found between blastocysts and expanded blastocysts, so cryoprotectents kinds had significant effects on pregnancy rates.
