天津市产地农产品加工业发展重点与对策研究

Research on Developing Emphases and Countermeasures of Origin of Agricultural Products Process ing Industry in Tianjin

发展天津产地农产品加工业是降低农产品产后损耗、延伸产业链条、带动农产品增值的重要途径,是天津现代都市农业的重要组成部分和发展水平的重要标志。运用调研法,分析了"十二五"时期天津粮油、蔬菜、肉类、奶制品、水产品、果品六大主导产地农产品加工业的发展现状及存在问题,并提出天津产地农产品加工业发展重点任务与具体的对策建议。

To develop the processing industry of origin of agricultural products in Tianjin, it is not only the important way of reducing agricultural postpartum loss, extending industrial chain and promoting agricultural value-added, but also an important part and symbol of development level of modern urban agriculture. By the survey method, the article analyzed the situation and problems of processing industry of origin of six main agricultural products including grain and oil, vegetables, meat, dairy products, aquatic products, fruit during the twelfth ＂five-year-plan＂, and it put forward the key development tasks and concrete countermeasures of processing industry of origin of agricultural products in Tianjin.
