摘要
采用Na Cl引发处理高羊茅人工老化种子,对种子萌发及幼苗生长特性等指标进行测定。结果表明:Na Cl引发处理能够提高种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数及幼苗的根长、苗长及生物量。其中根系生长对Na Cl引发处理较敏感。
The artificial aging seed of tall fescue was processed by Na Cl, the characteristics index of seed germination and seedling growth was determined. The results showed that the Na Cl trigger processing could enhance seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index and seedling root length, shoot length and biomass. The root growth was sensitive to Na Cl trigger processing.
