川东北高含H_2S气田线路焊接技术及现场应用 被引量:1

摘要 结合国内目前正在开发的高含H2S酸性气田的开发、建设经验,以及国际知名石油公司对于酸性环境管线的焊接经验,对罗家寨气田开发建设项目的集气干线管道(L 360 QSΦ508 mm×14.2 mm无缝钢管的管对接焊缝)的焊接工艺评定以及现场实施情况进行分析,并针对实施情况对高含H2S气田管道焊接技术提出建议。 In Luojiazai Gas Field development,the construction unit provides a list of welding materials for high sour gas field surface construction and carries out a study on welding technology and corrosion evaluation technology for such carbon steel pipes and forgings as20# Ⅲ,16 Mn Ⅲ,L 360 QS,L 360 MS,L 245 NS and A 105 N and fruitful achievements and a lot of knowledge have been achieved.These achievements are widely used in surface construction of Longgang Gas Field and other similar gas fields successively and the construction pace of these gas fields is speeded up accordingly.In combination with the experience from domestic high sour gas fields under development and construction and the experience of welding pipelines in acid environments from international well known oil companies,conducted is analysis on the welding procedure qualification of gas gathering trunk line(butt welds of L 360 QS Φ508 mm×14.2 mm seamless steel pipes) in Luojiazai Gas Field development and analysis results will provide valuable reference for similar gas field development in the future.
