气举多点注气工况模拟诊断方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 气举井多点注气时油管内多相流流动复杂,目前气举工况诊断方法均采用总产气量计算注气点以上井段压力分布,不符合多点注气时各段具有不同总气量的实际情况。给出了气举多点注气工况模拟诊断方法,在计算过程中根据各级气举阀的工作状态和注气量大小真实考虑不同段的不同总气量,采取分段计算方法分别计算各段多相流压力分布,实现油井多点注气工作状况的准确诊断,并以冀东油田气举井为例进行了计算对比说明。 In view of complex multiphase flow in oil tube with gas lift well multi-point gas injection,the existing diagnosis method used for calculating the well multiphase pressure distribution above gas injection point through using total gas production rate can not meet the actual situation of different segments with different total gas rates in multi-point gas injection conditions,the gas lift multi-point gas injection simulation diagnosis method is derived by real considering different segments with different total gas rates in the process of calculation according to the working condition and gas injection rate of the gas lift valves,calculated is multiphase flow pressure distribution of each segment by taking the divided segment calculation method,realized is accurate diagnosis with multi-point gas injection well working condition and it is proved by the calculation and comparison through taking Jidong Oilfield gas lift wells for an example.
