水平入地管道缓蚀剂加注位置优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 在长输管线中,弯头是一种常见管件型式,利用ANSYS-CFX软件将水平管段、竖直管段和90°弯头组合成水平入地管道模型进行数值模拟,从缓蚀剂在弯头内部如何分布这一角度探讨缓蚀剂在水平入地管道模型中的运动规律和分布情况,然后根据数值模拟的结果改变缓蚀剂加注位置,得到结论:因受重力沉降作用,水平管段的缓蚀剂最难均匀分布,管道顶部覆盖缓蚀剂最少;在竖直管段管道内部气流扰动形成涡旋,有利于缓蚀剂均匀附着在管道内壁面;缓蚀剂加注位置设置在竖直管段,利用竖直管段的几何机构制造涡流,能够增加缓蚀剂均匀覆盖的机率,出口水平管道缓蚀剂覆盖管壁效果最好。 Elbow is a common kind of pipe fittings in long-distance pipeline,applied is the software ANSYS-CFX to conduct numerical simulation on the pipe model combined by horizontal pipe,vertical pipe and 90° elbow,analyzed is the movement and distribution law of corrosion inhibitor within elbow,corrosion inhibitor filling position is changed according to the numerical simulation results and such conclusion is obtained:it is very hard to distribute uniformly for corrosion inhibitor in horizontal pipe segment and pipe top is covered by least corrosion inhibitor.Gas flow disturbance in vertical pipe segment will form vortex,which is conducive to uniform adhesion of corrosion inhibitor in pipe inner surface.Results obtained from analysis on changing corrosion inhibitor filling position show that corrosion inhibitor filling into vertical pipe segment is optimum.Utilization of geometric structure of vertical pipe segment produces vortex,which can increase the probability of uniform coverage by corrosion inhibitor.
