浅议高职学生学习心理及教育模式的优化

A Study on the Learning Psychology of Vocational College Students and the Optimization of the Educational Pattern

以铁路职业技术学院为对象,通过分析调查问卷和访谈的结果,揭示高职学生存在的心理问题,并分析其心理问题产生的原因,提出优化教育模式的建议,包括提高学生对高职教育的认可度、提高实践能力教学所占的比例、转变教育模式、激发学习欲望、提升学生创造力、注重人文素质教育等。

Taking Zhengzhou Railway Vocational＆amp;.Technical College for example,based on the analyses of relevant questionnaires and interviews,this article reveals the psychological problems of vocational college students,analyzes related causes,and puts forward suggestions on the optimization of the educational pattern like enhancing students’ degree of recognition of higher vocational education,increasing the proportion of practical teaching,changing the educational pattern,arousing their desire of learning,raising their creativity and emphasizing the education of humanistic education.
