露天矿工程建设项目可行性研究报告的编制是项目前期咨询工作中一项重要的、基础性的工作,对项目的决策、核准和建设起着至关重要的作用,根据近几年内蒙、青海、新疆等多个项目可研报告的参编经验,对露天煤矿可行性研究报告编制过程中的几个关键问题进行了分析探讨,并阐述了一些体会。

The compiling of engineering construction project feasibility research report in open-pit mine is an important and fundamental work, which plays a vital role on decision-making, approval and construction of the project. According to the compiling experience of feasible research report on Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Xinjiang in recent years, the author analyzes some key issues during the compiling process of feasibility research report, and elaborates some realization.
