民办高校开展依法治校工作的几点思考

开展依法治校工作是民办高校在新时期、新常态、新形势下,贯彻落实全面依法治国和依法治教的重要举措。民办高校应不断增强依法治校的意识,养成依法治校的思维,依法规范办学行为,完善内部治理机制,建立科学规范的制度体系,加快民主建设,推进依法执教,创建平安和谐校园,推动学校内部治理体系和治理能力的现代化建设,促进学校事业持续健康发展,办人民满意的民办高等教育。

Private universities carry out that run school by law in the new era, the new normal, and the new situation, which is an important measure of implementing of ruling the country and administering education by law in an all-round way. Private universities should continuously enhance the consciousness, form the thinking of running school by law, regulate the behavior of running a school according to law, perfect the internal governance mechanism, establish a scientific and standardized system, accelerate the construction of democracy, promote teaching in accordance with the law, create a safe and harmonious campus, promote the modernization of school internal management system and management capacity, create a peaceful and harmonious campus, promote the sustained and healthy development of school career, and do private higher education with people＇s satisfaction.
