1470nm激光汽化术治疗良性前列腺增生疗效分析(附36例报告)

A report of transurethral prostate vaporization with 1 470nm laser,for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的探讨经尿道1 470nm激光治疗良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)的疗效及安全性。方法应用1 470nm激光系统治疗BPH患者36例,观察手术时间、术中出血量、手术并发症及手术前后国际前列腺症状评分(international prostate symptom score,IPSS)、最大尿流率(maximum flow rate,Qmax)等指标的差异。结果 36例手术均顺利完成,手术时间(81.4±24.6)min,术中出血量20~70ml,无输血病例,术中未发生并发症。术后随访6个月,复查IPSS、Qmax均较术前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论经尿道1 470nm激光汽化术是一种安全、有效且并发症少的治疗BPH的新方法。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of transurethral prostate vaporization with 1 470 nm laser, for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods Thirty six patients with BPH were treated by the transurethral prostate vaporization with 1 470 nm laser, and the differences were observed based on operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, operative complication, the international prostate symptom score （IPSS） and the maximum flow rate （Qmax）. Results All cases were successfully completed. The operation time was （81.4±24.6）min. Intrao- perative bleeding volume was 20-70 ml and neither blood transfusion nor operative complication was performed. After 6 months of follow-up, the IPSS and Qmax were significantly improved compared with the preoperative （P^0.05）. Conclusions Transurethral prostate vaporization with 1 470 nm laser is a safe, effective and having less complication for method the treatment of BPH.
