性别角色与师范生职业认同感关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 以498名师范生为研究对象,以问卷调查法考察性别和性别角色类型与职业认同感的关系.结果表明:女生的职业意志高于男生,女性化组和双性化组均优于未分化组,性别和性别角色类型之间不存在交互作用.因此,对于男性和性别角色未分化群体的职业准备应给予更多的关注. In order to know about the relationship between sex role and teachers' professional identity of normal university student, this study adopts sex role questionnaire and teachers' professional identity of normal university student questionnaire, researching 498 normal students from two universities of Henan province. The results are as follows: The girls' career will is higher than the boys' ; Feminine group and dryognous group are both superior to the undifferentiated group; There is no interaction between gender and sex role. Conclusion: We should pay more attention to the career preparation of masculine and the undifferentiated group of sex role.
