Analysis on the Competitive Abilities of Mixed Martial Arts Athletes

通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,从综合格斗的技法、比赛时间特点、胜负特点等方面进行分析与研究,探讨综合格斗运动员核心竞技能力的主体因素.结果表明:综合格斗运动员核心竞技能力是技能即以站立击打技术为主,降服技术次之;体能在核心竞技能力中占重要地位.

By using the method of document information and logic analysis, the paper analyzed and researched the comprehensive combat techniques, characteristics of game time and rules of game results in order to explore the main factor of core competitive ability for integrated combat athletes. The results showed that the core competitive ability of the comprehensive combat athletes is stand technology and then the sur render technology; physical agility takes important position in the core competitive ability.
