An Organizational Effectiveness Evaluation System for College Sports Associations Established by Delphi Method

运用德尔菲法对高校体育社团的组织效能评价指标进行了两轮专家调查,并采用数理统计法对调查结果进行归纳处理,最终确定了30个评价指标,其中社团在校内的知名度、社团领导的管理能力、是否注重培养重要成员3个指标平均得分排在前3.

This paper presents an organizational effectiveness evaluation system for college sports associations. Firstly, we conducted two rounds of expert investigation by the Delphi method. Then, we summarized the results of the survey by mathematical statistics. Finally, we es- tablished the 30 formal evaluation indicators and theirs weights. The top three evaluation indicators are community awareness in schools, com- munity leaders management capabilities, and the ability to educate members.
