早期运用活血法防治糖尿病大血管病变的有效性分析

Analysis on Curative Effect of Diabetic Macroangiopathy by Early Application of Promoting Blood Circulation

瘀血是糖尿病大血管病变的重要病机,文章认为在糖尿病大血管病变的早期即应用活血法进行治疗,此理论不仅具有传统中医经典理论依据,符合中医治未病思想,而且具有现代医学研究的支持,文章还提出从内质网应激维稳角度可进一步研究在糖尿病大血管病变中早期运用活血法有效性的机制。

Blood stasis is the most important mechanism of the diabetic macroangiopathy,we claim that promoting blood circulation should be applied on early stage of the disease which is not only supported by classic TCM canon and preventive theory of TCM but also approved effective by modern research. We put it forward that endoplasmic reticulum system（ ERS）,may be a potent perspective to illustrate the mechanism of the remedy.
