肝郁脾虚与糖尿病发病关系的探讨

糖尿病是临床常见病和多发病,以糖脂代谢紊乱为主要表现。肝脾生理功能协调是水谷精微正常代谢的保证,肝郁脾虚易导致糖尿病的发生,同时也可进一步加重糖脂代谢紊乱。文章通过对肝郁脾虚与糖尿病发病之间关系的探讨为临床预防和治疗糖尿病疾患提供一定的思路。

Diabetes mellitus is a common clinical disease,with glucose and lipid metabolism disorder as the main performance.The physiological function＇s coordination of liver and spleen is the essence of water and food to ensure normal metabolism,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency easily lead to diabetes mellitus,at the same time also can further aggravate the metabolic disorders of glucose and lipid. This paper provides some ideas for prevention and treatment of diabetes disease clinical by analyzing the relationship between liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus.
