中药药渣发酵生产毛云芝菌漆酶培养基的工艺研究

Optimization on culture medium for laccase production from Coriolus hirsutus by residues of traditional Chinese medicine

为充分利用中药药渣,该研究探索不同中药药渣对毛云芝菌漆酶产酶效果的影响。结果表明:大黄、麻黄和芍药药渣可有效促进毛云芝菌漆酶的产量。在选择大黄药渣的基础上,优化药渣培养基的组成为麸皮3%,蛋白胨0.2%,大黄药渣12%,MgSO43g/L,KH2PO43g/L,pH值5.0,该培养基产酶酶活可达到4 828.2 U/mL,约是优化前培养基产酶酶活的1.4倍。

In order to make full use of residue from traditional Chinese medicine,the different kinds of residues of traditional Chinese Medicine for laccase production by Coriolus hirsutus were investigated.It is capable of producing laccase with the three kinds of residues of traditional Chinese Medicine.The result showed that the optimal medium composition was as follows： wheat bran 3%,peptone0.2%,residues of Chinese rhubarb 12%,MgSO43g/L,KH2PO43g/L,pH value 5.0.Enzyme activity under the optimal culture conditions was 4 828.2U/mL,which was 1.4fold of that of the original medium.
