摘要
目前中国的食品安全管理问题众多,不容乐观,其中根源性问题是中国食品在采购、生产、流通等环节,食品信息化程度低,信息不对称、不透明,无论是政府监管部门还是社会力量难以全面收集、掌握食品安全有关的信息,不能形成及时有效的监管和监督。反观美国、欧盟等发达国家或地区,信息化手段渗透食品安全管理的各重要环节,保证食品能被追溯跟踪,因此迫切需要借鉴发达国家的做法,从思想观念认识食品信息化管理的重要性,制定法规推行和发展信息技术及标准,建立食品安全追溯体系,提升食品管理的信息化程度,发挥信息技术在食品安全管理中的应有价值和作用。
The management of Chinese food safety is not optimistic right now.The mainly cause of this problem is the degree of food information in low procurement,production,circulation,and other aspects.Whether the government supervision departments or social forces are difficult to comprehensively collect and master the information related to food security.It can not form a timely and effective regulation.In the contrast,information technology is applied to the important link of the food safety management in the United States,the European Union and other developed countries or regions.The experiences of the developed countries should be taken as references to understand the importance of food information management,to establish the food safety traceability system,and improve the level of informatization of food management,which play an important role in the management of Chinese food safety.
