摘要
文章从近年来广州市公共图书馆快速发展形成的"广州现象"出发,讨论了引领事业发展,由图书馆界、政府、人大、公众等利益相关主体共同参与形成的权利保障、绩效管理、规划管理、双向参与、立法驱动、区域共同体等六个核心理念。
Starting from Guangzhou Phenomenon rapidly built by Guangzhou public libraries in recent years,the article discusses six core ideas, including rights guarantee, performance management, planning management,two-way participation,legislation and regional community,which lead the development of librarianship and are co-formed by related stakeholders such as library community,government,the People＇s Congress and the public.
