学术虚拟社区持续知识共享意愿研究——启发式-系统式模型的视角 被引量:29

Research on Knowledge Sharing Continuance Intention in Academic Virtual Communities——From the Aspect of Heuristic-Systematic Model

摘要 文章采用社会心理学的启发式-系统式模型,从行为决策的一般规律出发,构建学术虚拟社区持续知识共享意愿的理论模型。利用网络问卷调查获得的样本数据对概念模型和理论假设进行实证检验。研究结果表明:知识共享满意度同时受到系统式因素(知识共享质量、知识共享有用性)和启发式因素(知识共享数量、知识来源可信度)的影响,其与持续共享意愿之间具有显著的正相关关系。 Drawing on heuristic-systematic model of social psychology,this study developed a theoretical model to explore knowledge sharing continuance intention in academic virtual communities from the general rule of behavioral decision making. The model was validated by network questionnaires investigation and all of the formulated hypotheses were confirmed. The results demonstrated both heuristic factors and systematic factors were significant predictors for knowledge sharing satisfaction. In addition, satisfaction was positively related to continuance intention to share knowledge in academic virtual communities.
