构建颅内动脉瘤3D模型指导动脉瘤夹闭的诊治体会 被引量:4

摘要 颅内动脉瘤是局部血管的异常改变而产生的病理性囊性膨出,常见于Willis环的动脉分叉处,是蛛网膜下腔出血的最常见原因[1]。其发病率、致残率、病死率均较高,目前治疗颅内动脉瘤主要有开颅动脉瘤夹闭及介入栓塞两种方法,在临床动脉瘤夹闭手术过程中术者主要通过三维重建技术获得动脉瘤二维图片来指导手术。
