新生代农民工在职培训的工资效应 被引量:7

The Wage Effect of On-the-job Training on New Generation of Migrant Workers

摘要 本文基于2014年海口市新生代农民工的调查数据,采用马氏距离匹配以及偏差校正方法,估计在职培训对新生代农民工的工资效应。研究结果表明:在职培训比未参加在职培训的新生代农民工月工资高496.91元,使新生代农民工工资收入提高21.5%;在职培训对新生代农民工工资收入的贡献高于教育回报率,但在职培训与教育水平的交互项对新生代农民工工资收入呈现负向效应;新生代农民工在职培训参与率不高,教育程度、跨区就业对新生代农民工在职培训参与率具有显著的正向影响,工作经验的影响呈现"U"型,性别影响不显著。 To hnprove the participation rote of on- the- job training on the new generation of migrant workers is the objective need to meet the new economic nonnal. Based on the survey data of the new generation of migrant workers in Haikou city in 2014, the paper uses the Mahalanobis distance matching and the deviation correction method to estimate the wage effect of on- the- job training for the new generation of migrant workers. The results show that on- the- job training is more than 496.91 yuan per month wages of the new generation of migrant workers, and make their wages increase 21.5% ; On- the - job training contribution of wage is higher than the rate of return to education, but the interaction between on- the- job training and education has nega- tive effect on the wage of the new generation of migrant workers; On- the- job training participation rate of the new generation of migrant workers is not high, which education and transregional employment has a significant positive effect, the influence of work experience showes "U" type, and gender effect is not significant.
