摘要
利用迈克尔逊干涉仪对透明平板材料如玻片的折射率进行了测量研究,通过分析实验中的光程差,分别采用He-Ne激光器和白炽灯做光源,根据干涉条纹的吞吐变化规律、条纹形状与颜色,对测试结果进行分析。测试结果表明该方法改善了传统干涉法测量折射率时玻片瞬间条纹移动数目不易精确计数的弊端。
As an important optical constants of optical properties for transparent materials, the refractive index t of transparent plate such as glass plate is studied using Michelson interferometer, respectively, with He-Ne laser and white light as light source. Through optical path difference analysis, according to the change law of interference stripe shape and color, the experimental results are analyzed. The test results show that the method improves the disadvantages of slide instant fringe mobile number is not easy accurate counting and measuring refraction rate when the traditional interference method is used.
