东北寒区新兵腋毛癣一例

A case of trichomycosis axillaris with new recruit in the northeast cold

目的:报告1例东北寒区新兵腋毛癣,同时复习文献,回顾本病的病因、诊断及治疗。方法:报告该疾病的特点,查阅既往关于腋毛癣的文献,总结本病的病因及诊疗特点。结果:根据皮损表现及实验室检查诊断为腋毛癣。剔除腋毛并外用硫磺软膏,随访2年无复发。结论:腋毛癣属传染性疾病,早期诊断和积极治疗具有重要的意义。

Objective To report a case of trichomycosis axillaris with new recruit in the northeast cold, and to analyze its etiology,diagnosis and treatment by review of relevant literature. Methods A 20- year-old male with trichomycosis axillaris is reported.The patient presented with the left armpit sweat, peculiar smell for more than 4 years,nearly 1 month became seriously ill.Dermatopathological findings showed hypertrophic epithelium mucosae hyperplasia with hyperplastic heterocyst.Literature regarding trichomycosis axillaris was reviewed with a summary of etiology,diagnosis and treatment. Results The final diagnosis of trichomycosis axillaris was made based on clinical manifestation and laboratory examination.The patient was managed with eliminate armpit hair and use of sulfur ointment, and follow-up two years without recurrence. Conclusion Being a kind of infectious disease, Trichomycosis axillaris should be administered with early diagnosis and positive treatment.
