VSD辅助手术治疗在修复难治性瘢痕溃疡中的效果观察

Clinical observation of the auxiliary efficacy of Vacuum Sealing Drainage(VSD)in scar ulcer repairing surgeries

目的:探讨封闭式负压引流(Vacuum Sealing Drainage,VSD)辅助手术治疗在修复难治性瘢痕溃疡中临床疗效。方法:回顾2009年3月-2014年10月北京丰台右安门医院烧伤整形科采用VSD辅助手术治疗难治性瘢痕溃疡32例的临床资料。结果:其中3例一期植皮术后,VSD辅助固定。29例行一期扩创后直接VSD覆盖创面,二期手术行皮瓣或植皮手术。皮片、皮瓣均成活良好,下地行走无充血、肿胀感,外观基本满意。结论:VSD辅助手术治疗是难治性瘢痕溃疡临床修复中较为理想的选择。

Objective To investigate the auxiliary efficacy of Vacuum Sealing Drainage（VSD）in scar ulcer repairing surgeries. Methods 32 patients with the auxiliary efficacy of VSD in the scar ulcer repairing surgeries admitted to our hospital during the period between March 2009 and October 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 32 patients were completely cured with satisfactory function and appearance,in which 3 cases of skin-grafting in first period fitted by VSD and 29 cases of skin-grafting or skin flaps in second period after VSD applied in first debridement epluchage. Conclusion The VSD affiliated surgery is a better choice in repairing the scar ulcer.
